Free gets a single stand-alone tailored resume as a quality demonstration, not a full package. Monitor and Search packages are bundled (no independent per-artifact quotas). Monitor’s 2/month allowance resets on the 1st of each calendar month at 00:00 user-local time.

Questions before you sign up.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Free tier is unlimited time, no card required. Monitor and Search both start with a Free signup; you add a card only when you upgrade or activate the Search trial.
What happens when my Search trial ends?
On day 7, you get a prompt: add a card to continue Search, or downgrade to Free or Monitor. If you do nothing, your account auto-downgrades to Free — your scanning config, evaluations, and tailored resumes are all preserved indefinitely. Hesitation isn’t abandonment.
Can I downgrade or cancel anytime?
Yes. From any plan to any other plan. If you find a job, downgrade to Monitor for $19/month and the agent keeps watching for the next opportunity. Full cancellation is one click.
What counts as an evaluation?
Each time you (or your agent) drops a job description against your profile and gets a fit grade. Tailoring, cover letters, and re-evaluating the same role don’t count. Auto-discovered roles in your daily digest only count if you open the full evaluation.
Is my data shared or sold?
No. Your resume, evaluations, and scanning history are private. Read the privacy policy for details.
What’s your refund policy?
Not convinced after 30 days? Full refund, no questions — any tier, any reason. After 30 days you can downgrade or cancel anytime to stop future charges.
